Jucha Juice Bar: A Taste of Natural Medicine

Take note of this juice bar name. It takes a long way to discover the natural medicine prepared just for you. And the moment you have it on hand, no one can stop you from spreading goodness to everyone.

Let’s talk healthy food. Pretty sure a lot of people can relate on this especially nowadays where fast-food is all around the corner, which you should be extra careful on grabbing one.

Been posting the Jucha stories and experience in my IG account even before.

Grateful and delighted to write this first food blog review in my page. I always wanted to share this all about through a blog content and finally, I have the time and courage to create one.

Getting healthy is going viral around the globe as more and more people are choosing to change of a healthy and better lifestyle especially on what to put inside their mouth. As the saying goes; “you are what you eat”. Switching your normal food that you eat to more greens is a challenging thing to do, not easy but with dedication and self-discipline you’ll get through the way.

Who would have not love this menu book when you turn on its 1st page?

In a place known as the “Timber City of South” lies my favorite restaurant/juice bar of all time. Visiting Butuan City, you’ll probably notice that a lot of new food franchise are invading the food scene. But above all Jucha Juice Bar reigns in terms of healthy food consumption. I am not a food expert and totally haven’t engage into professional food expo but I know exactly how to choose the right food for my body. The following are just based on my observation and own opinion every time I had the chance to wander Butuan City. From that, food is always a part of every one’s journey, so it is just right to choose something that will refuel us while juandering around the city.

THE AMBIANCE

Jucha Juice Bar also offers a great location for your family and friends to enjoy its company talking and catching up on something. The worthy interior design will make you appreciate the juice bar even more. It provides you an elegant and comfortable ambiance which you will yearn to stay longer on the place. It is clean and the music they played from the counter is really soothing, enough for you to feel the relaxation you need from the stressful work and busy street outside. I personally love the color that they chose from the wall to the tiles and up to the tables and chairs. It blends in perfectly. You will also notice some organic products displayed on their shelves like Human Heart Nature (by the way, this product is really great! I even personally used some of them and the result is awesome. Wasn’t paid for introducing this, I just want to share goodness to all of you). Personally I love sitting on high chairs and fortunately they got it in here. The decors have been chosen carefully and you can really tell how the owner love to spread goodness not just in food but the location itself.

THE FOOD

Tuna salad, the crunch and tangy taste all in one that makes the best out of it. Nori wrap, a vegetarian sushi that will give you a kick of crunch from carrots and sunflower seed in one wrap. Lung lover drink (nature’s lemon) that will surely quench the thirst within. Not only that, the taste is so refreshing and you can feel its crisp flavor in your throat.

Pita wrap, the vibrant color adds a great presentation of the food. I personally love the idea of putting carrots in the wrap. I just wished they put a small slice of cucumber to add more crunch or kiwi fruit for additional tangy taste. Dip the wrap on the orange sauce (forgot what’s in that sauce or what it’s called) and it will perfectly combine the superb taste in one plate.

Veggie wrap, instead of oily meat inside you’ll find a mixed of vegetables that will surely a festive inside your mouth as you chew on it. I so like the crunching sound of a bell pepper and the umami flavor of the tomato. I kind’a don’t like the dip sauce in this wrap though, it is better alone without the sauce in my own opinion.

This was my 1st order way back July 2016. From then on, I felt in love on their menu.
This add the additional natural flavor of the plain water. More refreshing!

THE MENU

I can confirm that it’s not a vegetarian place, so for vegetarian people out there I’m sorry to disappoint you. Jucha Juice Bar served a lot of tuna and egg dishes. Based on my understanding, the focus here is more on raw foods, so not many hot dishes, cooked dishes available. And even on those they put saw vegetables. To sum up everything, their menu is worth to try on and is a must-visit juice bar around Butuan City. They won’t disappoint you. They’ll give you satisfaction on what is a right food to intake for your body. The staff by far is friendly. They will attend and check on you to ensure that you have the comfort and satisfaction in your dining.
